Note: Disbursements are limited to a single bestowal of funds of up to $200 per client per fiscal year. All disbursements require VOTV Governing Board approval. Gift cards may be purchased based on the specific need of the client and purchased by the Director of Coaching.  To qualify for payment of a bill, a client must provide a copy of said bill to the Director of Coaching along with any relevant payment requirements. The Director of Coaching, with the client’s permission, will contact the qualifying company and pay up to $200 of that bill.
